Push-ups + Box Jumps

Strength
We introduced a new lifting structure:
A - Front Squats, Overhead Press, Dumbbell Rows
B - Power Cleans, Deadlift, Bench Press (no change)

Prior to the Metcon...
We discussed doing full-plank push-ups with hands on a bench (around 17" high) as an intermediate step between modified push-ups on the knees and full-plank push-ups on the ground.
