Way to go, Friday crew!

  1. Wow, you guys are all looking awesome. Sooooo proud of each one of you. I try to keep with the training, but my challenge is the metcons. I can't take the weight or the weight balls outside f the gym yet inside the gym there is no enough space for sprinting. I try to overcome that with shuttle runs in different location, or try to do combinations with weight that do not need big space. I miss you all

  2. Ahmed! We miss you, too! We'd love to hear more about how everything's going for you. Send a picture of yourself training and we'll post it here so it can feel a little like you're still with us.

    One summer, R&I joined the 24-Hour Fitness gym in Portland, Oregon. It was like what you describe. So we'd do a heavy set of something, then immediately run outside around the block, then come back in and repeat. We had to let the guy at the front desk know in advance so he wouldn't make us show our i.d. card every time we finished a round and tried to come back in the door!
