3x3-minute sets: Swings + Pushups

Strength training:  3x3's (Wednesday), 3x5's (Thursday)

MetCon:  Against the 3-minute running clock, complete as many rounds and reps as possible of . . .
  • 10x db swings (see loads from last Monday)
  • 10x pushups
Rest 60 seconds between sets, and complete a total of three sets.
