Step-ups + BBC + Weighted Sit-ups

3 rounds for time . . .

  • 30x step-ups, weighted with dumbbells (or not)
  • 1x Barbell Complex (6 of each: deadlift, row, hang clean, frontsquat, pushpress)
  • 10 situps (unweighted to 25#)
