TThS: Burpee-Squat-Pushup Pyramid (x2!)

Strength Training:  3x5's

MetCon:  For time . . .
      - 10 burpees
      - 20 squats
      - 30 pushups
      - 20 squats
      - 10 pushups

Everybody finished this so quickly, we had time to do it TWICE!  (Teehee)
